Galvanized steel material plays a vital role in industries requiring, such as construction, automotive,

3 Kinds Different Product Surface
On the surface of galvanized steel material, you will see a pattern that looks like it has formed
naturally. It is a pattern formed by the crystallization of zinc element during the cooling process
after molten zinc is attached to the surface of steel material. This is called Spangle.
1 Zero Spangle: almost no zinc crystal can be seen, just like an ordinary piece of metal plain sheet,
the finish is extremely good, very beautiful, and the coating is denser and even.
2 Electro-galvanize: smooth, bright, and uniform, with a fine metallic luster and no visible spangles.
3 Regular Spangle: unique, rough, petal-like crystal, which provide a very strong visual impact.

Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen
embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.

Surface roughness, burr angle, radius, inner and outer diameter measurement.
